Depending on the square footage of the home which we are talking about Living Area or Under Air square footage you can expect to pay between $120-$135.00 per square foot on the lower side and upwards of $170.00 per square foot on the higher side in the Forest Ridge Community.  The highest sales price that sold during 2011 was for $480,000.00 for a 5/3 with pool that had a total of 3446 square feet and under air square footage of 2949 and it was located at 2811 Morning Glory Ln.
