Landlord Info

Are you a homeowner and you own a property that you currently lease or rent to tenants or you are thinking about renting your house or property?  I specialize in Rental Properties in Broward County Florida, I can handle what you do not have time for like showing your property to handling all of the paperwork and contracts to protect your best interest.

Having rental properties can be great unless you don’t have the time to deal with the tenants themselves. Finding a new renter when the home or property is vacant can be tough when you don’t have the time to meet clients or potential renters when they can look.  I am a Full Time Real Estate Agent and I am available 7 days a week to show your property and usually within a 30 minutes notice I can meet potential renters at your property.

I handle everything from Qualifying the future tenants with credit checks, Background Checks, Job Checks and previous rental history.  I always verify previous history on all tenants to make sure that you will have a highly qualified tenant or tenants moving into your property.

How am I different from other agents

I do more than just list your property on the Local MLS system.

  • I take 6-10 Pictures on average
  • I send out Mass Emails to agents
  • I send out daily emails to new & old clients
  • I answer calls from other agents so they can show it quickly
  • I check on the property every other day until its rented
  • I advertise on Social Websites

Some questions you should ask a Real Estate Agent before signing a listing Agreement?

  • Do You Verify The Other Realtors License when showing
  • Will You be showing my property?
  • Can I have your License #
  • How Long Have you been In Real Estate

Those are just some common questions you should ask and always use your best judgement before listing you home or property with just any realtor.  Most Realtors do not even take pictures of Rental Listings because they think it is pointless in doing so?  Pictures are what people want to see when searching online, Like they say a Picture is worth a Thousand Words.

Feel Free to call or email me for more information anytime.
