Landlords do you need to run a Background Check on your next potential Tenants?
Now the rule of thumb is that you should always run a background check on all prospective tenants just to make sure they are not hiding anything from you that they really do not want you to know about. I always suggest to run a background check regardless of what there the tenants credit score or references may say. Most Landlords never take the time to file the proper paperwork when evicting old tenants out of there properties.
